Qualifications:

1. Minimum education S1 Degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, & Civil Engineering
2.  Maximum age 45 years (1) and 35 years (2)
3. Has experience at least 6 years (1) and 4 years (2)
4. Able to lead a team and working in teams
5. Liked the field work. Able to communicate in English
6. Preferably have an experience work related to local government (1)
