• Bachelor Degree (S1)
• From engineering background (Mechanical Engineering and Biosistem / Agroindustrial Technology more preferred)
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scal) from reputable university
• Maximum 27 years old in 2012
• Interested in research and development in agro industry sectors
• Ability to read and analyze statistical data & summarize final report about new parts product
• Have a passion in technical engineering to develop every detail of agro and industrial parts product
• Having experience in computer skill related in product development is more preferred
• Willingness to be placed in all around cluster site to conduct survey and new potential market research

• Proficient in English both oral and written
